Dominique and Laurent, shamans of European and Mongolian traditions, invite you to a week of immersion, reconnection with nature, and shamanic practice rooted in Mongolian and South American traditions.

This time of transmission, toward spiritual awareness in every gesture of life, creation, and relationship with all living beings, brings greater light, transformation, and love.

Each day begins with physical exercises, conscious breathing, body awareness, and meditation. This sensory and spiritual opening leads you toward greater perceptual openness throughout your energetic and spiritual journey during the day. Silent Zen contemplative walks create a deep sensory connection between Nature and Self, through the calming release of mental activity. This state of presence to oneself and to space creates resonance and vibrations at the frequency of plants, animals, and the elements of Nature. This communication carries subtle messages guided by spiritual wisdom.

This practice, in full awareness of your five bodies (spiritual, mental, energetic, emotional, and physical), strengthens your ability to interact with the living world and, by transforming it, to transform yourself. You learn to enter into a reciprocal relationship with healing nature.

Through immersion in Nature, Dominique and Laurent support your spiritual development through daily teaching and shamanic practice at Ark of Kira, in their community home—a spiritual place dedicated to Mother Earth—located in the Ersfjordbotn fjord and in mountains with sacred stones.
This space has chosen a simple and sustainable way of life, welcoming what nature provides with respect, following the cycle of the seasons. The geographical location of Ark of Kira, close to the North Pole, facilitates communication with our ancestors and the world of the Sky.

The purpose of this retreat is to transmit an ancestral and structured shamanic practice of Mongolian and South American origin, through opening perceptual awareness with Nature, and learning rituals, ceremonies, and communication with Nature and the invisible world.

This retreat is a time to care for yourself and the Earth, in full awareness, through artistic and physical creation, connected to the energies and Spirits of Nature. This state of full awareness, in connection with the Spirits of Nature and your Guides, is the guiding thread of the retreat. This connection to the Great Whole, this presence to oneself, to other living beings, to the elements and objects of nature, to creative matter and to space, brings calm, self-understanding, and resilience. Shamanism is a holistic healing practice in which past, present, and future coexist and communicate, in the visible and invisible realms, through the energy of unconditional Love transmitted by our ancestors and guides.
The shamanic qualities and particular abilities of Laurent and Dominique activate this energetic process.
